We provide a detailed budget after the specifications have been written and approved, then issue the purchase orders and verify accuracy of the order from the manufacturer.
Yes, we even help coordinate deliveries of everything purchased. Many times, the deliveries cannot be sent to the hotel during renovation or new construction processes because space is so limited.
We have relationships with off-site FF&E warehousers and installers that have locations around the country. Everything selected during the interior design process can be sent to these warehouses and they will handle the receiving and storage of your items until the project is in the installation phase. They will even coordinate installation so you don't have to.
Detailed FF&E budgets and Accessories budgets can be provided to the owner of the hotel for approval prior to purcahsing.
We can provide specifications, budgets and procurement services of OS&E including: food service, computer, telephone, laundry, point of sale, television, security, sound, communication and fitness center, too.
Our team of Atlanta-based interior designers can provide accessorizing / decorating services for holidays, at the change of seasons, and at any time to freshen up public areas of your hotel. Requests for decorating services must be submitted at least one month prior to observed holidays.
